Beano's Cabin is a rustic log-style cabin nestled high upon the Beaver Creek Ski Resort and offers incredible Colorado fare. Such dishes include Colorado lamb loin with creamed leeks, shitake mushrooms and fingerling potatoes. The roasted pheasant breast with bacon is a favorite. Beano's Cabin offers its visitors a unique option of taking the snowcat from the village of Beaver Creek. Beano's Cabin is open to the public for dinner only with a fixed-price menu; live entertainment is included. Special children's seating and menu are available.
