Zach's Cabin In Beaver Creek
A recent addition to the on-mountain dining at the Beaver Creek Ski Resort is Zach's Cabin. This is a great place to sit down to an extensive menu full of a wide array of specialties. Zach’s is located on the mountain between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch Villages. Menu selections include chive-encrusted oven roasted blue nose grouper, with Osetra caviar served over a golden raisin caper coulis, wild rice pilaf and haricot vert, and chili-encrusted elk tenderloin with roasted fingerling potatoes, haricot vert, baby carrots and golden beets served over a peppered cherry demi glace. Zach's Cabin is named after Zach Allen, father of Beaver Creek's first female resident, Allie Townsend (for whom Allie's Cabin is named). Zach, who served as a law enforcement officer in Colorado during the late 1800s, was killed in the line of duty.
